ORDER

This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission without notice to the private respondents/respondents 2 and 3 as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against them at this stage.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed for directing the first respondent to initiate proceedings under Section 78 of the TNHR&CE Act, 1959, based on the petitioner's representation dated 12.04.2024.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent would submit that the petitioner made several representations. The petitioner's representations will be considered, as and when the second respondent/temple is taken over by the TNHR&CE Department in accordance with the provisions of TNHR&CE Act, 1959.

4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands closed. However, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to expedite the proceedings for taking 2/4

over the temple in accordance with the provisions of TNHR&CE Act, 1959. No costs.
