ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Sub Court, Madurai to dispose the suit in O.S.No.734 of 2024 within the time to be fixed by this Court.

2.Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3.The petitioners are the plaintiffs in O.S.No.734 of 2024 filed by the respondents herein for permanent injunction with consequential prayer for mandatory injunction.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the suit is pending for the past one year without any progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit.

5.Considering the limited request of the petitioner, this Court directs the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.734 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible based upon the seniority of the cases. No costs. 03.06.2025 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes / No ta To 1.The Sub Court, Madurai.
