ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.John Jayakumar.J, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/s.Dennis Joe.M Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order:
The Criminal Revision Petition is directed against the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No. 3905 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.135 of 2024 dated 04.11.2024 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil, wherein the petitioner was directed to deposit 20% of the total compensation on or before 31.12.2024.
2. This Court by an order dated 07.04.2025 directed the petitioner to comply with the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil on or before 23.04.2025. The petitioner had duly complied the same by paying an amount of Rs.1,80,000/- to the credit of STC.No.103 of 2018 before the learned judicial Fast Track Court, Eranier and had filed a memo to that effect.
