P.C., praying this Court to extend the time to deposit the amount as per the order made in Crl.Rc.(MD).No.155 of 2022 dt.25.2.2022 on the file of this Honble Court in so far as condition (i) in para No.(5) is concerned. This Criminal Revision has been filed under Section 397r/w 401 of Cr. P.C., to call for the records pertaining to the order passed in Cr.MP.No.5489/2021 in Crime No.591/2021 dated 03.12.2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thanjavur and set aside the same.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Sathya Chidambaram, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.B.Nambi Selvan, Additional Public Prosecutor, for the respondent, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to extend the time for complying the order of this Court in Crl.R.C(MD)No.155 of 2022, dated 25.02.2022.
