Pleased to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner / appellant / sole accused namely Kannan, S/o.Ganesan passed by the Learned II Additional Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai in C.C No.113 of 2015 dated 19.09.2022 and enlarge the petitioner on bail, pending disposal of the Criminal Appeal. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JEGADEESH PANDIAN.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No.322 of 2023 in Crl.A(MD).No.621 of 2022 dated 08.02.2023.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD).No.322 of 2023 in Crl.A(MD).No.621 of 2022 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the trial Court once in a month i.e on the 1st working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
