Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.PITCHAI MUTHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to surrender of the petitioner before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Trichy, as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6008 of 2023 dated 30.03.2023.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner could not surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned and produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
