When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition after disposal of the criminal case pending against the petitioner and she has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2/4
