When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition after disposal of the criminal case pending against the petitioner and she has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2/4

2. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement so made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh writ petition after the disposal of the criminal case pending against him. No costs.
