This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents and their officials not to interfere or harass the petitioner.

2.According to the petitioner, the respondent police is harassing the petitioner as that there is a threat to the petitioner and he has to vacate the village. Therefore, he sent the representation dated 26.04.2025 to the second respondent, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the respondent police called the petitioner for enquiry purpose and apart from that they have not harassed the petitioner. He would further submit that the petitioner's representation is under consideration with the second respondent and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law.

4.Recording the said submission that the respondent police have not harassed the petitioner and they called the petitioner for enquiry and the petitioner's representation is pending with the second respondent, this Court directs the second respondent to conduct enquiry upon the petitioner's representation dated 26.04.2025 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of one week, from the date of this order, after affording opportunity to both the parties. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
