ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.3743 of 2025 dated 27.02.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the respondent Police has filed the charge sheet before the Special Court for POCSO Act, Cases, Madurai and the same is taken on file in Sp.S.C.No.108 of 2025.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.3743 of 2025, is relaxed. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
