ORDER
This Criminal Original Petitions has been filed to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner to enter into her school premises and enable the Petitioner to discharge her duties in St.Assisi Metric Higher Secondary School, Kulasekaranpatti Village, M.K.V.K Saw Mill Road, Pavoorchathram, Tenkasi District, by considering the representation dated 21.09.2020.
2. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), it is seen that the dispute arose between the trustees over the administration of the above said School.
3. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on the basis of the complaint given by the other rival group, cases in Crime No.469 of 2019 and Crime No.488 of 2019 were registered. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11852 of 2020 petitioner, a case in Crime No.579 of 2019 was also registered and enquiry has been conducted by the second respondent herein. During the course of enquiry, it came to know that because of the dispute, over the administration of School, each party has engaged in making complaints against each other without any basis. It is also been observed that WP.Nos. 21441 & 18111 of 2019 are also pending before the Civil Court regarding the administration. So, the petitioner was directed to work out his remedy in the pending civil case and the enquiry was closed on 15.10.2020. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), question of giving police protection to the petitioner does not arise and nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, on receipt of enquiry report, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy as per law.
