ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to "not to harass" the petitioners on the guise of the enquiry, on the alleged complaint given by K.Prabhavathy D/o.K.Kalamegam.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the nature of the complaint was matrimonial dispute and the complaint is pending in C. No.3350 of 2018.

In view of the same the same has been forwarded to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Social Welfare Officer and enquiry is pending before the Social Welfare Officer.

4. Till the report received from the Social Welfare officer the respondents are directed not to harass the petitioner.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
