Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PRABHU K, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE (CRIMINAL SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.9014 of 2021, dated 14.07.2021.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and appearing before the respondent police station, without fail. However there is a life threat for the petitioner at the hands of the defacto complainant's family and in this regard, a separate complaint was also lodged by him. Therefore, he prays for modifying the condition.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), after verification, submits that this petitioner is having a life threat. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Srivilliputhur Temple Police Station, instead of the respondent police, daily at 10.30 am, until further orders.
5. The petition is ordered accordingly.
