PRAYER:- Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned Order passed by the 1st respondent in RFL/Panagudi/11/2021 dated 23.07.2021 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 1st Respondent to register the documents in Panagudi, Tirunelveli District in the light of Sudha Ravikumar Vs. The Special Commissioner and Commissioner HR and CE reported in 2017 (3) CTC 135 and within a time frame stipulated by this Court and for other reliefs.
