ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the second and third condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram in Crl.M.P.No.2090 of 2023 dated 28.04.2023.

2. Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the order passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case the learned Sessions Judge has passed the order. However https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.9140 of 2023 taking into consideration the age of the petitioners the condition no.3 imposed on the petitioners directing them to appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., and 5.00 pm., until further orders is alone modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.
