(This writ petition is heard through video conference) This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to consider petitioner's complaint, dated 07.07.2021.

2.Even though the writ petition may not lie for the nature of this prayer, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on 12.08.2021 submitted that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in CP.No.3527 of 2021 and it was forwarded by Inspector of Police, Thilagar Thidal for further enquiry. 3.Since the petitioner's grievance is redressed and the petition is transferred to Thilagar Thidal police Station, the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Thilagar https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
