This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner to relax the condition imposed on him by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7003 of 2024, dated 08.05.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has raised serious objections that after the grant of bail, they have received several complaints all over Tamil Nadu and also from other States. The respondent Police is conducting enquiry on those complaints and therefore, if the condition is relaxed, the petitioner may not co-operate for the investigation.

3. Considering the objection raised by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court is not inclined to relax the condition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
