This Writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 21.11.2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Mr.T.S.Mohamed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the Writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner, dated 21.11.2016 is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.Having regard to the limited scope of prayer in the Writ petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 21.11.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving opportunity of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
