This Writ Petition is listed today under the caption ''for being mentioned'' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that when the matter was taken up for hearing on 24.06.2025, this Court disposed of the writ petition, by directing the respondents to release all the retirement benefits payable to the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. However, in Paragraphs 4 and 5 of the order dated 24.06.2025, passed in W.P.(MD)No.13306 of 2025, it has been erroneously mentioned as "pensionary benefits" instead of "retirement benefits." Therefore, the learned counsel prays for necessary corrections in the said order.
3. In view of the above, the Registry is directed to carry out the corrections by substituting the words "retirement benefits" in the place of "pensionary benefits" wherever it appears in the order dated 24.06.2025 made 6/8
in W.P.(MD)No.13306 of 2025 and to issue a fresh copy of the corrected order forthwith.
4. In all other aspects, the order dated 24.06.2025, passed in W.P. (MD)No.13306 of 2025, remains unaltered.
