ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order passed by this Court in WP(MD).No.36761 of 2025 dated 02.01.2026 wherein this Court has directed the second respondent to consider the proposal submitted by the College and pass orders. 2.In compliance with the order of this Court, the second respondent has issued the proceedings dated 13.05.2026 rejecting the proposal. 3.Recording the above said submission, this Contempt Petition stands closed granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 13.05.2026, if he is so advised.
