************ [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner filed this writ petition to direct the Commissioner, Madurai Corporation, to take action against the fourth respondent and to remove the encroachment stated to have been caused by him on the basis of the proceedings in Ma2A1/02720/17, dated 27.04.2017.

2.The affidavit filed by the petitioner is bereft of particulars. We are not in a position to direct the Commissioner to take action on the basis of the half-backed facts indicated in the affidavit.
