ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to direct the 3rd respondent herein not to harass the petitioners and their family members and friends under the guise of enquiry. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 06.08.2021, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the girl, who is stated to be the victim in Crime No.336 of 2021, will be produced before the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Palani. On that basis, the matter was adjourned today.

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.10809 of 2021 3.Now, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that further action has been dropped, in view of the development that the victim girl was stated to be married the son of the petitioners 1 and 2. Since further action has been dropped, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition.

4.Recording the statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side), this petition is disposed of as infructuous.
