ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent Police has not acted upon his complaint dated 16.05.2024.

2. The petitioner has filed writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India as if there is no alternative and efficacious remedy.

3. If the respondent Police has not acted upon the complaint dated 16.05.2024, the petitioner is having efficacious alternative remedy before the concerned Superintendent of Police under Section 154(3) Cr.P.C. and also before the concerned Judicial Magistrate under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to invoke the alternative remedy available to him, as stated above. No costs.
