O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner based on the petitioner's representation dated 27.04.2025.

2.According to the petitioner, the 3rd respondent has causing life threat against the petitioner in respect of enjoyment of the property without any rights, therefore, the petitioner sent the representation dated 27.04.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation is under consideration and they will consider the same and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of 15 days.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to pass order.

5.Considering the prayer of the petitioner and the second respondent also admitted the receipt of the petitioner's representation, it is for the 2nd to take appropriate action in accordance with law. 6.In view of the above, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation and take appropriate action within a period of 15 days from the date of this order, after affording opportunity to both the parties, in accordance with law. 7.With the above directions, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
