Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd and 4th respondents to disburse the deposited money due to the petitioner, a total sum of Rs.1,36,339/-with subsequent interest @ 18% per annum from dates of maturities under the cash certificates issued by the 4th respondent and considering the representation dated 20.06.2017 by petitioner within the period that may be stipulated by this Court. O R D E R

By consent of both sides, this writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner has come to this Court seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 4 to disburse the deposited money of Rs.1,36,339/- to him with consequential

interest @ 18% per annum from the date of maturity under the cash certificates issued by the 4th respondent by considering the representation dated 20.06.2017.

3.The petitioner has made following deposits in his children name:- Sl.

4. Even after the maturity of amount and repeated representations, till date, the respondents have not come forward to disburse the said amount. Therefore, the petitioner has given a representation to the fourth respondent on 20.06.2017 and the same has been kept under cold storage and hence, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition.

5. Mr.K.Guru, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents and sought sufficient time to consider the petitioner's representation.

6. In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the respondents 2 and 4 are directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 20.06.2017, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
