ORDER
The petitioner seeks issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to correct the errors in revenue records in S.Nos.41/4, 41/6 and 41/7 situated in Ramankulam Village, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District measuring an extent of 11 Acres 15 Cents and subsequently, grant patta in the petitioner's name as per the representation dated 16.05.2017.
2. Heard Mr.V.B.Sundhareshwar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the owner of the property to an extent of 11
Acres 15 Cents in the survey numbers referred supra and the respondents 1 and 2 have already recommended the fourth respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner. Hence, she sent a representation on 16.05.2017. Despite the same, no favourable order was passed. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed. 4.In view of the above facts, this Court, without going into merits, directs the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.05.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
