ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J. NISHA BANU, J.) By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The Writ Petition is filed as a Public Interest Litigation, seeking a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct enquiry and cancel the illegal patta recommended by the fourth respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2025. 3.Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, after conducting proper enquiry, the assignment patta was issued in favour of the private respondents. If at all the 2/5

petitioner is aggrieved, he may prefer an appeal before the concerned Revenue Divisional Officer.

4.In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed in this writ petition, notice to the private respondents herein is dispensed with. 5.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and also considering the fact that patta has been issued in favour of the private respondents, the petitioner is at liberty to file an appeal before the concerned Revenue Divisional Officer in the manner known to law, if so advised.

6.With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
