ORDER : This Criminal Original petition coming on for orders upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 16.06.2023 and the requisition letter of the I Additional Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under NDPS Act, Madurai (FAC), vide letter in D.No. 805, dated 19/10/2023 and of MR.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- The learned Judge, I Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under NDPS Act, Madurai (FAC) has sent a letter requesting extension of a further time to dispose of the case in C.C.No.619 of 2021, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 16.06.2023.
