ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the first respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 347, 364(A), 323 & 395 IPC r/w Section 34 IPC in Crime No.17/19/CB on the file of the first respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant's Toyota Fortuner car along with Rs.10,00,000/- was robbed. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case and he has 1/3

nothing to do with the said allegations. He would further submit that Interstate Anticipatory bail may be granted to the petitioner to enable him to move to the appropriate jurisdictional Court in Kerala for necessary relief.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant inter-state interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner for a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to enable him to move to the concerned Court.

5.Accordingly, interim interstate anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioner for a period of six weeks, on condition that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy made ready and the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said learned Magistrate. Further, within six weeks from the date of execution of bail bond, the petitioner shall approach the competent Court in Kerala and seek appropriate relief.

6.In view of the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
