PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the punishment order Rc.No.A2/8547/666/2010, dated 09.01.2012, passed by the third respondent and the order Rc.No.179239/AP.2(3)/2013 dated 27.07.2018, passed by the second respondent rejecting the Appeal and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to promote the petitioner as Head Constable from 01.11.2020 and as Special Sub Inspector of Police (SSI) from 01.11.2020 and grant all the service and monetary benefits within a time limit to be stipulated by this Court.
