ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned IV Additional Subordinate Judge, Trichy, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.132 of 2022 within a time frame as fixed by this Court. 1/4

2. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. The petitioners herein have filed a suit against the respondents in O.S.No.132 of 2022 before the learned IV Additional Subordinate Judge, Trichy, seeking for the relief of recovery of possession.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners herein have filed a suit in O.S.No.132 of 2022 before the learned IV Additional Subordinate Judge, Trichy, seeking for the relief of recovery of possession, against the respondents herein. However, the said suit is pending from the year 2022. Hence, he requests before this Court to dispose of the said suit within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

5. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the learned learned IV Additional Subordinate Judge, Trichy, is directed to dispose of the case in O.S.No.132 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible as per seniority of the case.
