ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 379 of IPC and Section 21(4) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.54 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. Suppressing the above fact, this petitioner has engaged another counsel and filed this petition. Since the petitioner has not approached this Court with clean hands, he is not entitled for the discretionary relief. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
