ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that based on the complaint filed against the petitioner, CSR No.260 of 2022 has been registered and pending. So far, no case has been registered against the petitioner.
2.Since, enquiry is pending against the petitioner, the question of anticipatory bail does not arise. If the petitioner finds any trouble in future, he can work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
