Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 5.

2.The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The second respondent shall put the 2/4

interested persons, if any, including the sixth respondent on notice before passing final order. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other.
