O R D E R

This writ petition has been preferred seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to expedite the proceedings in O.Mu.No.0185/2021(A4) dated 07.02.2022 pending on the file of the first respondent and dispose of the same within a time frame as stipulated by this Court.

2. Mr.P.Subbaraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.The petitioner sent a representation dated 03.01.2022 to the first respondent to issue joint patta in the name of his father's legal heirs, namely, his mother and sister including the petitioner. The first 2/5

communicated the same to the second respondent by his proceedings in O.Mu.No.0185/2021(A4) dated 07.02.2022. Thereafter, there is no progress. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed seeking the above said relief.

4. A perusal of the records would show that the above said proceedings is pending from 07.02.2022 before the respondents. Hence, the respondents are directed to dispose of the said proceedings in O.Mu.No.0185/2021(A4) dated 07.02.2022 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
