This Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the fair and decreetal order passed by the learned Additional District Munsif, Karur, in I.A.No.654 of 2016 in O.S.No.574 of 2015, dated, 10.10.2018.

2.Today(08.09.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, Registry has put up the case details of O.S.No.574 of 2015, on the file of the Additional District Munsif, Karur, which reveals that the issue in O.S.No.574 of 2015 has already been settled out of Court on 29.11.2021 itself.
