2018 for the petitioners to execute the sureties before the Judicial Magistrate, Pattukkottai, Thanjavur District Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.MAHALAKSHMI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.V.NEELAKANDAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.M.P(MD).No.4923 of 2018 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8942 of 2018, dated 02.07.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.

It is seen that this is the second application for seeking extension of time to execute the sureties and there was a delay of 10 days to execute the sureties and surrender before the Trial Court by the petitioner.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,000 (Rupees two thousand only) to the credit of the Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund and on such deposit, the time for surrender and to execute the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
