Heard Mr.M.Maran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to rectify the error in the sketch and the relevant documents pertaining to S.No.92/21, Thiruppalai Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai.

3. The request which made is pertain to UDR records and therefore, the petitioner's application dated 13.02.2024 has to be disposed of by the first respondent, who is the competent authority.

4. In the light of the pendency of the petitioner's application from February, 2024, direction is issued to the first respondent to conduct due enquiry and pass final orders on the petitioner's application, within a 2/4

period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving necessary opportunity to the petitioner and any other parties, who may be interested in the lis.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
