PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings in No.NIL dated NIL in so far as inclusion of the petitioner name in Serial No.151 is concerned and quash the same.

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by the second respondent dated Nil in so far as inclusion of the petitioner's name in Serial No.151 is concerned and to quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.P.Subbaraj, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the name of the writ petitioner is removed from the surplus list.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
