For Respondent : Mr.R.M.ANBUNITHI, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. Not Known of 2022 on the file of the respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused (Rank Not Known), apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 420 I.P.C., in Crime No.129 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that no case has been registered against the petitioner. Earlier anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)NO.9449 of 2022 was disposed of this Court with a direction to the respondent police to conduct enquiry and act upon the conclusion of enquiry. CRL OP(MD). No.11604 of 2022 3.But, such sort of attitude cannot be encouraged. Repeatedly, same prayer is not permissible. Even though, the second petitioner is not the petitioner in earlier anticipatory bail petition. 4.Since no case has been registered against the petitioner, this criminal original petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings before the concerned Court, if any trouble arises in future during the course of investigation.
