ORDER

I have heard Mr.P.Mahendran, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.S.Kameswaran, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3.

2. The petitioner only seeks for limited direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to hear the petitioner's objections vide representation dated 14.04.2025, in connection with survey and demarcation of the property comprised in survey No.5/5A, Kurayoor Village, Kallikudi Taluk, Madurai District. In and by the order dated 04.02.2025 in W.P.(MD) No.3250 of 2025, at the instance of one Suresh Kumar, I had disposed 2/4

of the said writ petition directing the survey to be conducted, after giving notice to the fifth respondent in W.P.(MD)No.3250 of 2025. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner's objections have not been considered. In the light of the above order already passed by me on 04.02.2025, it would suffice to hear the petitioner's objection before survey is to be conducted and in the event of the objections of the writ petitioner being rejected, then the survey shall be conducted after a period of six weeks to enable the petitioner, to move the competent civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
