ORDER
The Civil Revision is directed against the order passed in I.A.No.3 of 2020 in O.S.No.428 of 2002, dated 18.03.2020, on the file of the 1/3
I Additional District Munsif Court, Tiruchirappli, dismissing the petition filed under Section 10 of C.P.C.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,30.11.2023), the learned counsel for the revision petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the suit in O.S.No.428 of 2002, after full trial, was disposed of vide judgment dated 20.09.2023.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent has produced the copy of the judgment in O.S.No.428 of 2002, wherein the suit was decreed.
4. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs 30.11.2023 NCC :yes/No Index :yes/No Internet:yes/No das 2/3
