ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to take action on the petitioner's representation dated 03.04.2024 under section 82 and 83 of the Registration Act and in accordance with the circular issued by the Inspector of General of Registration in Circular No. 41530/U1/2017 dated 25.03.2022 within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.04.2024, and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the application is submitted 2/4
under Section 77(A) of the Registration Act, the official respondents are directed to conduct an enquiry under Section 83 of the Registration Act, after issuing notice to all the parties and thereafter, pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
