ORDER

Mr.R.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner has come to this Court seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to dispose of the appeal, dated 13.06.2017, filed against the order dated 26.05.2017, passed by the Commissioner under the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious Charitable and Endowments Act, in and by which, the petitioner suffered punishment of stoppage of increment for three months without cumulative effect.

3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondent to consider the appeal dated 13.06.2017, filed by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in accordance with law, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
