RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to suspend the injunction granted by judgment and decree dated 09.01.2020 in OS No.97 of 2018 on the file of VI Additional District Judge, Madurai in respect of the suit property which is the subject matter in OS No.97 of 2018 and morefully described hereunder pending disposal of the above First Appeal.

Prayer in AS(MD). 169/ 2021 :

To set aside the Judgment and decree dated 09-01-2020 in O.S.No.97 of 2018 on the file of VI Additional District Judge, Madurai and allow the First Appeal.
