ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.15 of 2021 dated 19.01.2021 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he is the defacto complainant in Crime No.15 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent police. The case has been registered for the offences under Sections 420, 468, 471, 109 and 506(i) IPC. Even as per the allegations made in the First Information Report, forgery and impersonation has been committed by the accused persons. In spite of that, so far even the statement of the petitioner has not been recorded by the Investigating Officer. Hence, this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the second respondent police has to collect the documents from the Sri Ram City Union Bank and he seeks 3 months time to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. Considering the request made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a find report within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After filing final report before the concerned court, compliance report shall be sent to the Registry.
