The prayer sought for in this writ petition is for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to pass appropriate order on the basis of the enquiry conducted by the respondent in Ref.Pa.Sha.33254100047/16-17 dated 10.03.2017. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the enquiry would be completed within a period of four weeks.

3. In view of the above submission, the respondent is directed to pass final order on the enquiry in Ref.Pa.Sha.33254100047/16-17 dated 10.03.2017, on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to all necessary parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
