Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.SADIQ RAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for R1 and Mr.M.PALANI, Advocate for R2, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.This Court had granted bail to the second respondent herein on condition that he will keep away from the petitioner herein. The petitioner is the father and the second respondent is a son. The petitioner alleges that the second respondent committed trespass. But this statement does not appear to be borne out by the records. In any event, this Court has directed the first respondent to take note of the petitioner's allegation and look into it. 3.The petitioner has not made out sufficient ground for cancellation of the relief earlier granted to the second respondent herein. I find no ground to interfere.
