2.By consent of both sides, the writ petition is taken up for disposal.

3.The petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to take appropriate action in pursuant to the order passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.E4/2649/2017, dated 26.08.2017.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer now sought for and without going into the merits of the matter, a direction is issued to the second respondent to take appropriate action to the communication, dated 26.08.2017 in Na.Ka.E4/2649/2017 and pass orders on merit and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after following the due procedure.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
