Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner does not have semblance of title in respect of the petition mentioned survey number. On the other hand, it is obvious that is is a water body. Action for removal of encroachments was rightly initiated. No ground has been made out for interference. The writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
