O R D E R

The writ petition is filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent herein to carry out survey on the petitioner's property situated at Trichy District, Lalgudi Taluk, Srirangam sub-registration range, Thalakkudi Village, Punjai Survey No.66/5B1 measuring hectare 0.03.5 Ares out of Acre 0.08.3⁄4 3821 square feet vacant site in the light of his representation, dated 23.6.2017.

2.Mr.G.Muthukannan, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondent. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the petitioner, by virtue of a registered settlement deed, dated 10.06.2014, she was became absolute owner of the land in Punjai Survey No.66/5B1 to an extent of 0.03.5 Ares https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

out of Acre 0.083⁄4 3821 sq.feet. She is in possession and enjoying of the property.

4. The petitioner would state that she made an application dated 19.06.2017 to the respondent to survey the property. She would further state that she has also paid necessary fees to carry out the said work. Since no action has been taken, she sent another representation dated 23.06.2017. But till date, no action has been taken. Hence, the petitioner filed the present writ petition seeking the relief stated supra.

5.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, directs the respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 19.06.2017 and 23.06.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to all necessary parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
